Arnaud Steinkuhler is Head of Solutions Europe at Talkwalker, where he leads a team dedicated to helping businesses find answers to their problems using social data and analytics. For 20 years, Arnaud has helped communications and marketing professionals take data-driven decisions. He was previously Head of Media & Public Insights at Argus de la presse, working with a team of 70 people transforming data into insights to provide 500 communication managers with relevant data, indicators and reports for : PR evaluation, media analysis, data visualisation, opinion surveys, social listening and media/market intelligence. During his 15 years at Argus de la presse, he worked with global brands and organisations such as PSA (Peugeot-Citroën), Nestlé Waters, Red Bull, Volkswagen Group and L'Oréal helping to improve their business performance through the application of data insights. Before joining Argus de la presse, Arnaud worked as a journalist, market research analyst and project manager in the media and PR sector. He graduated from U.L.B. (University of Brussels) with a Master of Science in Information and Communication in 1998 and is involved in focus groups and books dedicated to communication activities.
