As the Head of Insights for Microsoft Advertising in Europe, Thom’s business focus is to drive the advertiser analytics strategy and lead the Insights Team to create unique and actionable insights for clients. With a Masters in Economics from Stockholm University, Thom has taken his career global and lived and worked across various research and insights roles in India, Hong Kong, Germany, San Francisco, New York and now London.
