Aaron McGrath is Head of Strategic Sales for Bing Ads, Microsoft, in the UK. In this role Aaron leads a sales organisation who are responsible for growing partnerships with the UK’s largest holding groups, independent agencies and direct brands;advising them on developing strategies to maximize the effectiveness of their digital campaigns by leveraging Bing as a key part of their media mix. Bing’s share of the marketplace in the UK continues to grow, and currently Bing drives 25% of PC search traffic in the UK.

Aaron has been working in the search industry for over 15 years and has been at Microsoft for 11. Initially responsible for helping to launch Bing Ads in the UK, in his previous role he was charged with developing the Bing Ads sales and service strategy for SMBs across Europe.

Before joining Microsoft, Aaron worked in the education and technology sectors and he currently sits on the board of a not for profit charity aimed at leveraging the creativity of the technology industry to support third sector organisations.

Aaron holds Masters in Literature from University College Dublin.
